HOW VIDEO CALL DESIGN APPOINTMENTS WORK

We offer video design appointments so you can connect with a designer from the comfort of your home. During the call, you’ll see your designer’s screen in real time, which means you can design your dream space in the same way as an in-home or in-store appointment and receive a 3D design plan.

To start with, book a video call appointment on our website and a designer will be allocated to you. Our designers will call you to get to know you and your space a little more. During this appointment your designer will explain how the design process will work – we are flexible, so just let us know what works best for you.

For us to start designing, all you need to do is measure your space and take a few photographs of your current kitchen or wardrobe space, you can do this using your phone or tablet camera. We can guide you through this on one of our calls.

The measurements, structure and layout of your kitchen or wardrobe will form the basis of your design, so for tips on how to measure yours, we’ve created a guide to make sure you get all the important ones noted down – find the link below. It’s easy and should take no more than 10 minutes to do. Once done, please share your measurements with your designer. The designer will then create a to-scale, 3D design of your space.

Every kitchen design is based on the individual’s taste! Our designer will chat to you to find out more about your preferences, budget and lifestyle and we will share ideas and design options. In the meantime we do suggest you download our kitchen catalogue so you can see what style inspires you the most.

If you’re unsure of what colour choices to go for, we also offer a complimentary select sample service with suggestions for cabinetry and kitchen benchtop colours that will delivered direct to your home. Book a video call consultations and choose the sample pack that appeals to you the most.

Once we know what you are after, your designer will get to work creating your 3D kitchen design plan and will also be able to give you a price based on this design plan.

When you’re happy with your kitchen design, you can place your order with your designer and you can pay the initial deposit. We’ll then work with you to arrange a safe and suitable delivery of your kitchen.

We can also provide flexible finance so you can get your dream kitchen now but pay later. Ask our designer about your interest free finance options or apply online for pre-approval.
