Meet Han and Can

Han and Can’s kitchen design is a modern and elegant space defined by soft curves and a refined material palette that flows seamlessly through their home. The Dekton Taga kitchen island bench by Cosentino with a curved waterfall end creates a striking centrepiece, with curves continuing through the splashback and bulkhead, bringing a sense of softness that balances the clean lines of the contemporary joinery.

The kitchen cabinets combine our new Esme profile in Amaro Smooth with Nordic Oak interiors in the pantry cupboard, accented by Brushed Gold Bar handles. Functionality is elevated with kitchen storage inclusions such as Hettich AvanTech YOU drawers with Side Illumination, Cutlery Trays, Non-slip Mats, alongside the Häfele Tandem Side pantry. Flexi LED lighting ensures the warm Nordic Oak tones are beautifully highlighted.

Finishing details complete the look with a Häfele Double Undermount Quartz Sink in White and a Gold Gooseneck mixer tap with pull-out sprayer. The result is a chic and contemporary kitchen that is the heart of House 2.

Flowing on from their pantry, Han and Can’s laundry features Esme Amaro Smooth cabinetry, paired with Touch Brushed Gold, Volpato, and Touch Catch handles. Dekton Taga by Cosentino unify the design, while a large linen cupboard provides generous storage.

Functionality is at the forefront, with pull-out canvas laundry baskets, a hanging rail, and practical inclusions such as the Häfele quartz single bowl sink in white and gold goose neck mixer tap with pull-out sprayer. Warm LED strip and Flexi LED lighting highlights enhance the decorative cabinetry and open shelving, ensuring the space is as practical as it is visually cohesive.

The Contestants chose to separate their Laundry space from the Pantry in their Layout, though thoughtfully considered the consistency of the palette to be warm, crisp and contemporary. The movement within the Dekton Taga benchtop ties this neutral subtle space together. The detail of added capping on top of the Esme profile doors, are a nod to farmhouse aesthetics, with a contemporary twist.

Han and Can created a glamorous yet functional pantry that continues the look of their statement kitchen. Designed with two distinct zones- one for storage and display, and another for food preparation and cleaning- the space balances everyday usability with a refined finish. The warm palette is created with Esme Amaro Smooth cabinetry, Nordic Oak Woodmatt shelving, and Touch Brushed Gold handles, all paired with Dekton Taga by Cosentino.

Storage and organisation are enhanced with Hettich AvanTech YOU drawers, cutlery and spice trays, a plate holder, and non-slip mats, along with a Häfele Ninka bin. Practical elements such as the white Häfele quartz sink and gold goose neck mixer tap with pull-out sprayer make the space easy to work in, while warm LED strip lighting and Flexi LED highlights draw attention to the open shelving and decorative cabinetry.

Han and Can’s square-shaped mudroom provides a practical and stylish addition to House 2. Designed for everyday use, it offers space to remove shoes, boots and jackets before entering the home. The layout incorporates tall cabinetry with both shelving and hanging space, ensuring the area is highly functional for family living.

The look is anchored by Esme Amaro Smooth cabinetry finished with Touch Brushed Gold handles, while drawers and open base cabinets beneath the bench seat provide additional storage. A custom cushion softens the seating area.

Han and Can delivered a wardrobe that perfectly complements their Guest Suite, featuring our new Classic doors in Sugarcane Natural paired with Umber Woodmatt interiors and open shelving, creating a striking contrast of light and dark tones.

Marble Ova Pull handles in Calacatta Viola add a bold element, with bold veining in rich purples and golds that injects drama and sophistication into the space. This luxurious focal point is balanced by the warmth of the timber tones, while Häfele Cassetti Drawers and integrated LED lighting bring smart functionality.

Adding versatility, the desk can serve as a study or work zone, or be styled as a chic makeup station, with the open shelving offering both practicality and display potential. Together, these elements create a wardrobe that is as functional as it is beautiful, elevating the guest experience.

Han and Can’s galley-style walk-in wardrobe is a masterclass in high-impact design, combining sleek finishes with smart wardrobe storage solutions. Our subtle Shaker-profile Cora Amaro Smooth wardrobe doors frame the space with understated elegance, while the new Umber Woodmatt interiors add richness and depth. The statement benchtops in Scalea Rosso Lepanto by Cosentino bring a dramatic burst of colour, creating a striking contrast against the warm timber tones. Finished with Marble Ova Pull handles in Calacatta Viola, this wardrobe pairs bold materials with beautiful design. Thoughtfully planned wardrobe inserts ensure everything has its place, from the new Häfele flocked drawer liners and jewellery trays to a trouser rack, Varano glass front drawers, and a Varano belt and tie rack with tray. Häfele LED Flexi Strip vertical lighting with sensors bathes the interiors in soft illumination, highlighting every detail. Glamorous yet practical, this wardrobe delivers both beauty and effortless organisation.

Han and Can have designed a stylish and functional built-in wardrobe for their guest bedroom. The look has been created with a stunning combination of Sugarcane Natural wardrobe doors and warm Nordic Oak Woodmatt timber-look interiors, paired with curvaceous Ova Brushed Brass handles.

The wardrobe storage combination is practical and flexible, adapting to changing user needs, with a thoughtful mix of soft-close drawers, open shelving, and hanging space, all illuminated by sensor-activated Warm White Bar Lights by Häfele. The palette is gentle and calming—a perfect backdrop for a restful bedroom space.

The perfect complement to Han and Can’s playful and colourful children’s room, their Freedom Wardrobe features Bianco Satin wardrobe doors paired with eye-catching Ova handles in Brushed Brass. Storage is plentiful thanks to a combination of hanging space, open shelving, and soft-close drawers, all highlighted by Häfele Warm White Bar Lights. Nordic Oak Woodmatt internals add a warm, natural touch to the design, while the integrated desk area provides the perfect spot for study, working from home, or as a makeup station.
