Q: What can I redeem my Velocity Points for?

Flights aren’t the only thing you can redeem with Velocity Points. Use your hard-earned Points on upgrades, hotels, lounge access, fuel, online shopping and more. Visit https://experience.velocityfrequentflyer.com/the-basics/redeeming-points for more details.

Q: Where can I check that Points have been added to my Velocity account?

You can check your Velocity Points balance and transaction history by either: Signing into the Velocity website and clicking on your Points balance in the “My Velocity” section. Or; Logging into the Velocity App and tapping on the ‘Velocity Points’ tab on the top left.

Q: My order has been delivered and I have not received my Velocity Points. Who do I contact if I think I have not received my Velocity Points?

Velocity Points are credited to your Velocity account within 3 weeks of your final delivery date. You can check the number of Points credited on the Velocity website or app. If the Velocity Points are not credited to your Velocity account within 21 days, please contact 1800 113 733 and we will look into this for you.

Q: When do I receive my Velocity Points?

You will receive your Velocity Points within 21 days of your final delivery date.

Q: How many Velocity Points can I earn when I purchase a kitchen or wardrobe?

You’ll earn 1 Velocity Point per $1 spent on eligible products and services, to the value of your final freedom kitchens or wardrobes contract. Click here for Terms and Conditions.
